ARE WOODAWORX SAMPLE LIBRARIES ROYALTY FREE?
Most samples are not royalty-free unless specified in the Specs section of each product. Click here to read this disclaimer regarding sample clearance and royalties.

I WANT TO GET PRODUCTION FROM WU10. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Use our contact form for inquiries about production. In most cases, if Wu10 has not worked with you before, a consultation will be recommended. If production proceeds, the cost of the consultation(s) will be deducted from total production cost.


CAN I DO AN IN-PERSON CONSULTATION?
In most cases, no. It would be to the discretion of Wu10 if the the in-person consultation can happen or not.

I USED A WOODAWORX SAMPLE AND GOT A MAJOR PLACEMENT. WHAT'S NEXT?
The first step in clearing a sample is to fill out the Sample Request Form that was included in your download of the WoodaWorx sample pack and send it over to info@woodaworx.com. Find out more about clearance terms here.

Digital Product Delivery
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll receive an email from Woodaworx with a download link. This typically arrives within a few minutes. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or reach out to us!
 
Merchandise Shipping, Return & Handling
Woodaworx merchandise is shipped worldwide and typically processed within 2-3 business days. We offer a 14-day return policy on all apparel and other physical products, with the exception of books, CDs, or similar media items. Please ensure that returns are in their original condition. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your return promptly. All other products remain final sale.

No-Refund Policy
All Woodaworx DIGITAL products, DOWNLOADS, and consultations are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any digital downloads, merchandise, or services. Please reach out if you have any issues, and we’ll do our best to help.
